The place of nature experience in environmental education: school sailing in Brest as a means of (re)connecting with nature
Research thesis by Romain Lemaire as part of a Master 2 STAPS Management du Sport internship under the supervision of Julien Fuchs (UBO, CREAD) and Frédérick Guyon (UFC, C3S), carried out with the REBBEL network between January and June 2023.
The aim of the survey conducted with pupils from two schools in Brest during school sailing sessions was to understand the pupils’ experience and feelings, as well as the transformations in their representations of their environment.
